CNC VINA attends the inauguration of VINFAST Ha Tinh: Speed and Determination

On June 29, 2025, the Inauguration Ceremony of the VINFAST Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Plant in Hà Tĩnh officially took place at the Vung Ang Economic Zone, marking a remarkable milestone in Vietnam's high-tech industrial development strategy. In just under 7 months since groundbreaking, VINFAST Hà Tĩnh has gone into full operation, becoming the second electric car manufacturing plant of VINFAST in Vietnam.

The factory covers an impressive area of 360,000 square meters, comprising modern workshops including body welding, painting, assembly, and various supporting areas. Notably, the entire production line is equipped with highly automated technology, meeting stringent global standards in the electric vehicle manufacturing industry.

VINFAST Hà Tĩnh is expected to generate approximately 6,000 direct jobs during its initial phase, with a potential future expansion to 15,000 jobs. This significantly contributes to improving the livelihoods of local residents. Furthermore, the presence of VINFAST Hà Tĩnh is a driving force in attracting businesses and partners to establish their own facilities within the industrial zone, helping form a synchronized supply chain. VINFAST’s goal for 2026 is to raise the localization rate of electric vehicles to over 80%.

At the inauguration ceremony, CNC VINA was honored to be one of the invited technology partners to witness this historic event.
