Product description
Small parts washing machine (Model: WM-SP1) is an industrial cleaning solution designed to remove oil, grease, dirt, rust and other contaminants from mechanical and machining parts after processing and manufacturing. For small parts produced in large quantities, manual cleaning often requires significant time, labor and manpower, while making it difficult to maintain consistent cleaning quality. The small parts washing machine developed and manufactured by CNC VINA is designed to automate the cleaning process, improve productivity and meet surface cleaning requirements before assembly or transfer to the next production process. The machine uses a washing system combining hot water and cleaning solution, together with a pump and filtration system, oil separation system and solution circulation system to improve cleaning efficiency and reduce solution consumption. After washing, the parts are automatically air blow dried, helping minimize residual water and cleaning solution on the product surface. The piston cylinder mechanism features adjustable speed and stroke, allowing the machine to accommodate different types of parts with various sizes and shapes. With automatic and manual operating modes and the ability to be customized according to specific product requirements, the small parts washing machine is an ideal solution for production, machining and mechanical assembly lines requiring high-volume parts cleaning.

Structure of the small parts washing machine WM-SP1
The small parts washing machine is an automation solution designed to remove oil, grease, dirt and residues from small parts in industrial production. The machine integrates a pump and filtration system, oil separation system, air spraying system, oil mist extraction system and piston mechanism to improve cleaning efficiency and ensure stable operation. The machine consists of the following main systems:
- Pump and filtration system: This system is responsible for pumping, circulating and filtering the cleaning solution throughout the machine's operation.
- The circulation pump delivers the cleaning solution from the washing tank to the spray system.
- After the washing process, the used solution is collected and returned to the tank.
- The system includes three filter bags to retain dirt, chips, dust and other contaminants generated during the washing process.
- Continuous filtration helps maintain cleaning solution quality and prevents contaminants from returning to the product surface.
- Oil skimmer: The oil skimmer is used to separate oil, grease and other floating substances from the surface of the cleaning solution. Its basic operating principle is to collect floating oil from the surface of the solution and remove it from the tank. This helps reduce oil and grease accumulation in the tank and minimizes the amount of oil returning to the surface of the parts.
- Air spray rack: The air spray rack consists of multiple nozzles arranged at suitable positions according to the product requirements. It is used to blow air for cleaning or drying the parts. The system can perform the following functions:
- Blow off residual cleaning solution and water from the parts.
- Remove remaining dust, chips and other contaminants.
- Dry the products after the washing process.
- Reach small areas, gaps, grooves or internal surfaces of the parts.
- Mist collector: During the washing process, particularly when the cleaning solution is sprayed at high pressure, water vapor, solution mist and oil mist may be generated. The Mist Collector is designed to:
- Extract air containing water vapor and oil mist from the machine area.
- Collect and filter oil and cleaning solution particles in mist form.
- Reduce the dispersion of oil mist and moisture into the surrounding working environment.
- Contribute to improving working conditions around the equipment.
- Variable-stroke piston cylinder system: The system features an adjustable stroke to accommodate different part sizes and shapes. The piston mechanism can be used to:
- Move spray nozzles or air blow nozzles into and out of the working position.
- Move the washing mechanism vertically or horizontally.
- Push, clamp or position the product.
- Create reciprocating movement for the washing mechanism.
- Adjust the working range according to the length of the product.
Operating principle of the small parts washing machine
The machine uses a combination of water and cleaning oil to clean small parts before they are transferred to the assembly process. Depending on the characteristics of the product, the parts are placed in the washing position and secured or positioned properly to ensure that the cleaning solution can reach the entire surface that needs to be cleaned.

Operating principle of the small parts washing machine
During the washing process, the circulation pump delivers the cleaning solution to the spray nozzles, which spray the solution directly onto the parts. Under the impact of the cleaning solution flow and spray pressure, oil, grease, dust, residues and other contaminants attached to the product surface are removed. For parts with different diameters, the piston cylinder system features adjustable speed and stroke, allowing the position or movement of the washing mechanism to be adjusted according to the size and cleaning requirements of each product.
After the washing process, the cleaning solution is collected and returned to the pump and filtration system for continuous circulation. The solution passes through three filter bags to remove dirt and contaminants generated during the washing process. At the same time, the oil skimmer separates oil and other floating substances from the surface of the cleaning solution, helping maintain solution quality and reduce the amount of solution that needs to be replaced. The system is also equipped with an automatic filter clogging warning, allowing the operator to promptly detect when the filters are clogged or their filtration performance is reduced.
After the cleaning process is completed, the parts are transferred to the air spray rack for automatic air blow drying. The air nozzles blow directly onto the products to remove water, cleaning solution and residual moisture from the surface or hard-to-drain areas. As a result, the products are dried before being transferred to the assembly process or the next production stage.
Throughout the washing process, water vapor and oil mist may be generated. The Mist Collector extracts and collects these contaminants, reducing the dispersion of oil mist and moisture into the working environment and contributing to improved working conditions for operators.
The machine can operate in two modes: automatic and manual. In automatic mode, the washing, solution circulation, air blow drying and mechanism movements are performed according to the preset cycle. In manual mode, the operator can control each mechanism individually when performing inspection, setup or troubleshooting during operation. The switches and indicator lights allow the operator to easily monitor the operating status of each component and respond promptly to any abnormalities.
With this configuration, the machine not only automates the cleaning process but also allows the cleaning solution to be reused through the filtration and oil separation systems, helping reduce cleaning solution consumption and maintain stable cleaning performance.
Operation process of the small parts washing machine
The small parts washing machine is designed with two operating modes: automatic and manual, allowing users to flexibly select the appropriate operating method for different production conditions. All control buttons and machine functions are displayed in Vietnamese, making them easy for operators to identify and operate.
Step 1: Loading the product into the washing chamber
Before starting the cycle, the operator manually places the product into the washing chamber and positions it correctly according to the machine's positioning mechanism. Proper product positioning ensures that the water jets can fully reach the areas that need to be cleaned.
Step 2: Washing process
After the product is placed in the washing chamber, the operator starts the cleaning cycle. Hot water is sprayed onto the product surface at high pressure. The combination of high-pressure water flow and water temperature helps soften and remove oil, grease, dirt, residues and other contaminants from the parts. The cycle time and operating parameters can be set according to the cleaning requirements of each type of product.
Step 3: Air blow drying
After the hot water washing process is completed, the product is transferred to the air blow drying stage. The air nozzles blow directly onto the part surface to remove residual water. The air blow drying process helps prevent water from remaining on the product, particularly in gaps, grooves or hard-to-reach areas, before the product is removed from the machine.
Step 4: Removing the product
After both the washing and air blow drying processes are completed, the operator removes the product from the machine and transfers it to the next production process.
