CNC VINA welcomes FPT College students for a factory tour and hands-on workplace experience
To strengthen the connection between academic training and real-world industry practices, CNC VINA welcomed a group of students from FPT College to visit its factory and experience a professional working environment firsthand. The program not only provided students with the opportunity to observe modern manufacturing processes but also enabled them to explore advanced technologies currently applied in industrial automation and smart manufacturing.

Students experience real-world manufacturing at CNC VINA
During the visit, the students were introduced to CNC VINA's history, development, and technological orientation. They also toured the production area, where they learned about the design, manufacturing, and assembly processes of automation systems and production lines currently being developed and implemented at the factory.

Through presentations led by CNC VINA's engineers and technical experts, the students gained a deeper understanding of the complete lifecycle of an automation project - from research and design to machining, assembly, testing, and final delivery to customers.
Bridging academic knowledge with industrial practice
More than just a factory tour, the program gave students the opportunity to experience a professional working environment and observe how engineers collaborate throughout the product development process to solve real industrial challenges.

These hands-on experiences helped reinforce the students' technical knowledge, broaden their understanding of the automation industry, and provide valuable insights into the skills and competencies that manufacturing companies require in the era of digital transformation and smart manufacturing.
CNC VINA supports the development of high-quality technical talent
With a commitment to sustainable development, CNC VINA continuously strengthens its collaboration with universities, colleges, and educational institutions to provide students with opportunities to gain practical workplace experience while they are still pursuing their studies. Through factory tours, internship programs, and professional exchange activities, CNC VINA aims to help bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industrial practice while inspiring the next generation of engineers to meet the evolving demands of modern manufacturing.

The visit by FPT College students not only provided valuable hands-on learning experiences but also demonstrated CNC VINA's commitment to partnering with educational institutions in developing high-quality technical talent and promoting the growth of Vietnam's industrial automation sector. With advanced technology, an experienced engineering team, and a professional working environment, CNC VINA will continue to be an ideal destination for future factory visits, internship programs, and industry-academia collaboration initiatives.
