Automatic tray washing machine is used to: clean stains caused by oil and dirt that stick to the plastic surface during use.

High cleaning productivity, the machine has an integrated Load/Unload system to help reduce labor costs.

The washing compartments have automatic doors to ensure water tightness and separate the washing compartments.

Washing solution: W80 oil 15% + water 85%, temperature 60°C.

Structure of automatic plastic tray washing machine

The structure of the industrial washing machine for plastic tray products includes the following clusters:

• Cluster Load and Unload products automatically
• Washing chambers: Chemical wash, hot water wash, air blast, drying
• 180° box flip mechanism
• Chemical circulation tanks, filter tanks and water circulation tanks
• Dirty oil removal mechanism
• The washing system includes a nozzle that sprays water on product surfaces and a hot air nozzle that dries the product
• Water softening system
• Water cleanliness sensor

Product washing process on plastic tray and plastic box washing machine

Step 1 : Load the plastic tray product into the waiting position on the washing machine

Step 2 : Transport conveyor brings the product into the first compartment - Chemical washing compartment.

Step 3 : The product continues to be taken to the hot water washing compartment to completely remove dirt on the product.

Step 4 : After being washed, the product will go through air purifiers to dry the product.

The machine is designed with 180° box flips to help dry products thoroughly in grooves with complex geometries.

Step 5 : After completing the washing process, the product is placed on the automatic Output conveyor.

Instructions for maintaining plastic tray washing machines

• Observe the pressure gauge every day to check whether the gas and washing pressure ranges are sufficient.
• Observe the water level in the wash tank. Adjust input or output flow accordingly.
• Open the oil skimmer cover and look inside.
• If the belt or engine is dirty, clean it.
• If the belt is damaged, replace it.
• Check the filter bag and clean the filter barrel. Open the filter tank lid and observe with the naked eye.
• Remove the filter bag and clean it.
• Replace the filter bag if the filter bag is no longer able to filter sediment
• Drain the dirt in the filter barrel.
• Check and clean the container. Open the lid of clean and dirty containers and observe with the naked eye
• Clean the chip tray.
• Drain the residue and clean the entire tank.
• Exhaust fan Observe the amount of steam blowing out the input.
• Remove the filter tray to clean if steam blows out the input.
• Washing solution pipeline system. Observe the pipeline.
• Fix if there is a water leak in the pipe.
• Periodic maintenance of the entire machine.
• Overall cleaning of the machine.
• Check transmission assemblies.
