Product feeding and conveying system

The robot cylinder moves the gripping mechanism to the product pick-up position. The speaker diaphragm is picked up from the JIG and transferred into the trimming die. At this stage, the product is positioned according to predefined reference points to ensure accurate alignment between the product and the die profile.

Once the system confirms that all required trimming conditions have been met, the pressing mechanism performs the trimming operation. The excess flash outside the specified profile is separated from the speaker diaphragm, while the portion of the product that needs to be retained remains intact according to the designed shape. After the trimming operation is completed, the robot cylinder removes the speaker diaphragm from the die and transfers it to the output conveyor. The trimmed product is then conveyed to the next production stage, while the JIG returns to its initial position to receive a new product. The entire process is repeated according to the preset operating cycle.
