With the continuous advancement of technology, the application of CAD/CAM software in designing and controlling CNC machines has become a key factor in enhancing productivity and precision. CAD/CAM programmers play a vital role in converting technical drawings into efficient machining programs. Therefore, in response to increasing customer demands and a growing workload, CNC VINA is recruiting CAD/CAM programmers to optimize production processes and shorten product completion time.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Program CAM for machining mechanical parts and jigs on CNC milling machines using controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens; set up software like Mastercam and NX.

2. Optimize toolpaths, select appropriate cutting tools and cutting conditions to improve machining efficiency.

3. Support program setup, testing, and troubleshooting directly at the machine.

4. Coordinate with the QC department and production teams to ensure product quality and process consistency.

5. Participate in the design and improvement of clamping jigs and technological processes.

6. Report work progress periodically as required by superiors.

II. REQUIREMENTS

1. Graduated from a vocational school or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.

2. 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.

3. Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining technology.

4. Quick recognition of materials.

5. Basic knowledge of office computing and basic English communication.

6. Careful, proactive, and ready to take on assigned tasks.
