With a high workload and increasing order volume, CNC VINA is expanding its recruitment for the Purchasing Staff position. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a stable, high-quality supply of raw materials while optimizing costs for production and business operations. In this position, CNC VINA is looking for proactive and dynamic candidates who possess strong negotiation skills and are eager to grow in a professional working environment.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Place purchase orders and monitor their status.

2. Track outstanding payments and coordinate payment procedures.

3. Prepare, implement, monitor, and report on the company’s purchasing plans for each period.

4. Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and manufacturers.

5. Support other tasks related to the Purchasing Department.

II. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 

1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

2. College or university degree in a related field, such as Office Administration or Import-Export Management.

3.  Proficient in basic office computer skills.

4. Eager to learn, quick and sociable.
